The company will not provide MiFi devices, cellphones, or iPads to employees who receive reimbursement or an allowance for using their personal devices. Employees are expected to use the tethering functionality of their personal smartphones for data access while conducting business on behalf of the company. In exceptional circumstances where a business need for a dedicated MiFi device, cellphone, or iPad is identified, the employee must obtain approval from the Executive overseeing their area.
