Rebooting Cardpointe Credit Card Readers

  1. Hold the pound (#) button and the yellow button at the same time.
  2. Once the screen says 'rebooting' let go of the buttons. The device should finish rebooting normally.
  3. If you run into any other issues, or this doesn't fix your problem, call the IT HelpDesk line at (904) 407-4448 or submit a ticket through the portal.
