Closing Contract Order (CO)

Knowledge Base Article (KBA) - Closing Contract Order 

To close contract order CB09470(Example order), follow these steps:

1. Access the Order Entry and Change (OEC) system: Navigate to the OEC system and select option 9.
2. Page through to the end of the order: Carefully review the order details and page through to the end of the contract order CB09470(example order).
3. Close the contract order: Once you have reached the end of the order, press F11 to close the contract order.

Important: Ensure that you have reviewed all details of the order before closing it, as this action is irreversible.

Verification: After closing the contract order, verify that the order has been successfully closed and is no longer generating new orders.
