Mincron Ticket Holds

First, there are a couple of ways you can check the hold status of a ticket.

Individual tickets: Enter fast path OEI, then entering option 1. Enter the ticket number, and the hold will be notated at the top/middle of the ticket.

All Branch tickets: Enter fast path OEI and then option 2 to review any tickets in a Hold status at a branch.

 

For Credit Holds:

  • Contact the Credit Department first: creditdepartment@bakerdist.com. If the Credit Department can’t release the hold, they will reach out to the Service Desk on your behalf.
  • You can also check if a customers's account is on hold by using the fast path ARI, then entering option 8 for Customer credit analysis.

 

For Pricing Holds:

  • Contact the Pricing dept first: Pricing@bakerdist.com. If the Pricing team can’t release the hold, they will reach out to the Service Desk on your behalf.

For Problem Holds:

Branch Managers can process problem holds by following these steps:

  1. From the Main menu in Mincron, enter fastpath OEC.
  2. Enter option for Orders held for problem.
  3. Enter the ticket number, then enter thru the ticket

 

If your Branch Manager is unavailable to do this, please contact the Service Desk, providing the Ticket# and Branch#, and they can assist.
