First, there are a couple of ways you can check the hold status of a ticket.
Individual tickets: Enter fast path OEI, then entering option 1. Enter the ticket number, and the hold will be notated at the top/middle of the ticket.
All Branch tickets: Enter fast path OEI and then option 2 to review any tickets in a Hold status at a branch.
For Credit Holds:
- Contact the Credit Department first: creditdepartment@bakerdist.com. If the Credit Department can’t release the hold, they will reach out to the Service Desk on your behalf.
- You can also check if a customers's account is on hold by using the fast path ARI, then entering option 8 for Customer credit analysis.
For Pricing Holds:
- Contact the Pricing dept first: Pricing@bakerdist.com. If the Pricing team can’t release the hold, they will reach out to the Service Desk on your behalf.

For Problem Holds:
Branch Managers can process problem holds by following these steps:
- From the Main menu in Mincron, enter fastpath OEC.
- Enter option 3 for Orders held for problem.
- Enter the ticket number, then enter thru the ticket
If your Branch Manager is unavailable to do this, please contact the Service Desk, providing the Ticket# and Branch#, and they can assist.
