Here's a step-by-step guide on how to transfer a call on a Yealink T46U:
Blind Transfer (Unattended Transfer)
- During an active call, press the Transfer key (usually labeled as "Transfer" or has a picture of a phone).
- Enter the extension or phone number of the recipient you want to transfer the call to.
- Press the Send or OK key to complete the transfer.
The call will be transferred immediately, and the caller will be connected to the recipient without you being involved.
Attended Transfer (Supervised Transfer)
- During an active call, press the Transfer key (usually labeled as "Transfer" or has a picture of a phone).
- Enter the extension or phone number of the recipient you want to transfer the call to.
- Press the OK key to dial the recipient's number.
- Wait for the recipient to answer the call.
- Once the recipient answers, press the Transfer key again to complete the transfer.
The caller will be transferred to the recipient, and you can hang up or stay on the line to ensure the transfer is successful.
Semi-Attended Transfer
- During an active call, press the Transfer key (usually labeled as "Transfer" or has a picture of a phone).
- Enter the extension or phone number of the recipient you want to transfer the call to.
- Press the OK key to dial the recipient's number.
- The recipient will receive a ringing tone, and you can hang up




Transferring Calls using Zoom's Call Transfer Feature
- Start a call: Initiate a call with a participant using the Zoom desktop application.
- Click on the three dots: Click on the three dots (⋯) at the top right corner of the call window.
- Select "Transfer": From the dropdown menu, select "Transfer".
- Enter the recipient's name or number: Enter the name or phone number of the recipient you want to transfer the call to.
- Choose a transfer type: You can choose between:
- Blind Transfer: Transfer the call without announcing it to the recipient.
- Attended Transfer: Transfer the call and allow the recipient to accept or decline it.
