Troubleshooting Printing Issues with OF App

If you're experiencing issues printing scanned items from the OF app, follow these steps to resolve the problem.

Step 1: Verify Printer and Network Connection

Before troubleshooting the OF app, ensure that:

  • The printer is functioning correctly (no paper jams, error messages, or network issues)
  • The OF device is connected to the correct network

Step 2: Check Print Queue

Verify that there are no issues with the print queue in Micron 

Step 3: Select a Printer

If the above steps don't resolve the issue, it's likely that no printer is selected. To fix this:

  1. After recording the customer signature and displaying the confetti/Success message, select "POD Document".
  2. Tap the printer icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select the Counter L03 printer and set the quantity to 1.
  4. Choose Done or Confirm.
  5. Select Print.

The document should now start printing. If you're still experiencing issues, further troubleshooting may be necessary.
