How to route calls for a branch to a different branch in Zoom

Log into
Zoom.us
.
Go to
Phone System Management
, then
Auto Receptionists
.
If the user if from Tradewinds, scroll down to
Sub Account List
, select
TradeWinds
, then hit
Manage this Account
.
Once you're done with the TW account, you can hit the
Back to Main Account
link in the top left.
Open the AR for the branch that needs to be forwarded.
Hit
Edit
next to
Route to
.
Change
Route to
to
Call Queue
, then search for and select the branch the calls are being forwarded to.
Hit
OK
. This should now be routed.
