- Visit the Service Desk Portal
- Click on Printers and Toners

- Click Order Toner

- Click Create New Toner Order

- Complete the form, hit submit, and you're done! Our vendor partner SunPrint handles same-day processing for most requests.
Important Guidelines to Note:
- Please submit separate requests for each printer requiring toner. This one-printer-per-request system helps our vendor accurately track and fulfill orders.
- Every toner order requires a SunPrint ID, which you can find on a sticker attached to your printer. Can't find the ID? Don't worry - contact the Service Desk and we'll help you either: Locate your existing SunPrint ID and/or get a new ID issued through SunPrint. Either way, we'll ensure you can complete your toner request.
- Requests submitted later in the day will be picked up the following morning by SunPrint.
