Initiating a Page:

  1. Press the Paging Button: Press the labeled "Paging" button.
  2. Select a Paging Group: Choose a paging group or extension to page.
  3. Page: The page will be broadcast to the selected group or extension.

Receiving a Page:

  1. Page Received: When a page is received, your phone will ring or display a notification.
  2. Answer or Ignore: You can answer or ignore the page, depending on your preference.

Using the Paging Button:

  • Direct Paging: Pressing the "Paging" button allows you to quickly initiate a page to a specific group or extension.
  • Easy Communication: Paging is a convenient way to communicate with multiple people at once, especially in environments where quick communication is essential.

 

Paging Someone on Zoom App

  1. Start a New Meeting: Tap the "New Meeting" button on the home screen.
  2. Add Participants: Add the participants you want to page by entering their names or email addresses.
  3. Enable Audio Only: Make sure the "Audio Only" option is enabled.
  4. Start the Page: Tap the "Start" button to begin the page.
